Welcome to the Met Éireann Library. We hold a unique collection of scientific publications relating to meteorology and climatology. Our primary aim is to provide valuable research and information resources to Met Éireann staff members. We are also open to external users, by appointment only.

We’re working to promote meteorological science in Ireland by providing easy access to our resources and by safeguarding our historical collections for the future. Our key services include:

  • On-site access to books, journals, organisational publications, theses and reference works
