The 3rd episode of the Met Éireann Podcast is now available! This month, we talk to the John Cangialosi, Meteorologist in the National Hurricane Centre in Florida about how hurricanes develop and grow, what it’s like to fly through one, and why they cause so much damage.
The podcast also features the monthly climate summary for Ireland in July by Paul Moore from the Climate Division, and finishes with an excellent original composition by Dónal Black and the Met Éireann Trad Band titled ‘Lá Ghaofar’ (Windy Day).
An Irish language version of this episode – and all the others – is also available on your podcast player, search for ‘Podchraoladh Met Éireann’.
