Tonight will be mainly dry with clear spells and some scattered showers in the west and north. Cooler and less humid than recent nights with lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees and light west to southwest breezes.

Thursday will be a bright day with sunny spells and scattered showers. These are mainly over Connacht and Ulster. Cooler and fresher with highest temperatures of 15 degrees in the northwest to 22 degrees in the southeast with moderate westerly winds.
