Today

Generally dry and bright today with long spells of sunshine and just some well scattered showers for a time, mainly in the southwest, west and northeast. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees with mostly light to moderate northwest winds, fresher for a time early this afternoon in the north and northeast, decreasing light westerly or variable everywhere in the evening.

Tonight

Mostly dry tonight with clear spells. Lowest temperatures of -2 to +2 degrees generally, with frost and ice developing in places in light southeasterly or variable breezes. Some patchy mist and fog too. Milder though in the southwest with freshening southeasterly winds and outbreaks of rain developing there towards morning.

Tomorrow

Dry for most tomorrow morning with some early sunny spells, however there'll be some rain in the southwest. Cloud will increase from the west with outbreaks of rain extending from the southwest and west through the afternoon and early evening, with some heavy bursts and the chance of some spot flooding. There's the chance of a little sleet for a short time on high ground in the north. A clearance to isolated showers will start to move into the northwest and west before nightfall. Highest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees, coolest in the north and mildest in the southwest. Southeasterly winds will be mostly moderate, occasionally fresh to strong at times near coasts and will veer northwesterly later in the northwest and west as the rain clears.
