Tonight

Outbreaks of rain and drizzle over the eastern half of the country will gradually clear eastwards from most places overnight, with some clear spells and a few isolated showers following. However, it'll stay mostly cloudy in some eastern and southeastern counties. Breezy with lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees in moderate or fresh northerly winds, a little stronger at times in some coastal parts.

Tomorrow

Any lingering patchy rain in the southeast will clear early tomorrow morning, to leave a mainly dry day across the country. There'll be some good spells of sunshine across Munster, Connacht and west Ulster, but it'll stay mostly cloudy further east. Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees and it'll be breezy with moderate to fresh northerly winds, though the winds will ease later in the day.
