Quite cloudy to begin, but long spells of hazy sunshine will gradually develop in most parts as the day goes on. There is the chance of some coastal mist and fog at times. Highs of 14 to 19 degrees, warmest over the northern half of the country. Light to moderate south to southeast breezes will be fresh at times along some coasts.

Dry tonight with variable cloud and clear spells. Mist and fog patches will form overnight too. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in light southeast or variable breezes overland, moderate to fresh along western and southern coasts.
