Mostly dry tomorrow morning, although cloud will increase and there is a chance of light showers in the northeast. Outbreaks of rain will develop in the southwest and west during the afternoon and evening and will be heavy at times. It will stay mostly dry across the rest of the country, with just isolated showers. Highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees with light to moderate southeasterly winds.
